Dr. Lou
Cleveland
Dr. Lou Cleveland is currently Director of Mathematics, Science and Education at
Chipola College. During her teaching career, she has taught middle school, secondary school and college level mathematics courses. She has received numerous teaching awards including the Florida Association of Community College’s Professor of the Year, Association of Community College Trustees’ Southern Region Faculty Member Award, Florida Two Year College Mathematics Association’s Statewide Teaching Excellence Award and the Chipola Kirkland Award for Teaching Excellence. Dr. Cleveland has also partnered with PAEC to conduct numerous activities for in-service teachers.

Michael Barry
Michael Barry lives in Finnea, Ireland and Freeport, Florida. He is president and founder of Emerald Coast Evaluation and Training, Inc. Dr. Barry has been a university professor for 30 years where he taught graduate research and evaluation courses. He has conducted numerous program evaluations for public and private education, businesses, communities, and the U.S. military. Dr. Barry has served as the principal investigator for millions of dollars in grants and research awards and is a successful proposal planner and writer. Emerald Coast Evaluation and Training, Inc. conducts program evaluations, designs training, and assists in proposal writing.

Gina McAllister
Gina McAllister lives in Alford, Florida and is a professor at Chipola College in the area of teacher education. She received her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida and was Chipola faculty member of the year for 2005-2006. She has an extensive background in Business and Technology Education at both the secondary and post-secondary levels and has multiple technology certifications from Microsoft. Other post-secondary teaching experience includes work in the areas of elementary education, educational psychology, and ESOL. Dr. McAllister is the secretary/treasure of Emerald Coast Evaluation and Training, Inc. and has extensive experience in organizing, designing, conducting, and reporting in program evaluation.
